Hawaii to let DHHL decide if casinos can help the state

คู่มือ All-in-One เพื่อดำเนินการชำระเงินที่ปลอดภัยเมื่อเล่นโป๊กเกอร์ออนไลน์

A lot of Hawaiian lawmakers may have opinions on how to start up a casino industry in the state, but the decision of how to move forward will rest with the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL). The Honolulu Star Advertiser reports the DHHL will have five years to decide if casinos are a good idea. This next step in Hawaii’s hope for a casino industry comes as proposed amendments to Senate Bill 1321 would give them the responsibility. With the measure, the DHHL has until December 21, 2026 to decide if it was casinos in the state. The proposed reason to have casinos in Hawaii is to help DHHL fund their Home Lands beneficiaries’ program. 28,000 Hawaiian natives are waiting to be allotted homes to return to on their ancestral lands.Under the new proposed amendments, the DHHL would have to endorse casinos with “a super majority.” If the DHHL agrees casinos are the best idea, it would not automatically legalize casino gambling across the islands. Native land would be prohibited, said Senator Maile Shimabukuro. The DHHL’s Tyler Gomes, told the Hawaiian Affairs Committee which approved the bill: “we appreciate the affirmation of self-determination.”There are other solutions to funding the department, or to simply bring gambling action to the state. SB85 would allow the DHHL to start up lotteries and bingo operations. Several proposals would start a state lottery, while SB85 would also allow DHHL to run bingo operations. In the state House of Representatives, Bill 772 proposes a Las Vegas style resort at the Hawaii Convention Center, and HB457 would allow all of that, as well as offshore gaming operations. With Hawaii still being one of the very few states to have no legalized gambling, if lawmakers decide it’s still too much for them to stomach, a little wacky tobaccy might help. SB86 would allow the DHHL to “engage in the operation of medical cannabis dispensaries.”

รีวิวสล็อตโบนัสแรบบิท (นฤมิตรซิตี้)

February 15, 2021
Matthew Pitt

Online poker tournaments are massive on Sundays and this fact along brings out the game’s best players. Michael Addamo, Timothy Adams, and Justin Bonomo are just three of those stellar names who managed to take down a Sunday major this weekend.
Addamo Takes Down GGPoker Sunday 500 High Rollers $5,250
Michael Addamo enjoyed a super Sunday courtesy of triumphing in the Sunday 500 High Rollers $5,250, a tournament that attracted 113 of the world’s best players to the GGPoker virtual felt.
Addamo’s first bullet didn’t go to plan and he crashed out in 76th place. He re-entered and put used his new stack to full effect.
The likes of Kristen Bicknell, Matthias Eibinger, Elio Fox, Benjamin Rolle, and Anatoly Filatov busted inside the money places but before the star-studded final table.
Austria’s “Filip1” was the final table’s first casualty. Their ninth-place exit awarding a $14,833 prize.
Alex Foxen and David Yan then busted. Yan would go on to take down Sunday High Rollers Bounty King $3,150 for $49,300 later in the evening.
The exits of Michael Zhang, Aleksei Barkov, Pascal Hartmann, and David Peters left Addamo heads-up against Wiktor Malinowski. Addamo rarely loses when he’s heads-up and that was the case again here. Addamo collected $131,187 for his victory while Malinowski banked $99,898 for his runner-up finish.
Defeating Malinowski will go some way to making up for losing a massive $842,000 cash game pot last year.

Joey Logano, Brad Keselowski reflect on ‘heartbreaker’ crash that cost both a Daytona 500 win

3 ทีมที่ได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุดจากการจัดงาน NHL 2020/21

Team Penske teammates Brad Keselowski and Joey Logano had very different reactions to the crash that cost them both a win at the famed Daytona 500 on Sunday.
Logano led the pack as they headed down the final stretch of the final lap of Sunday’s rain-delayed season opener. But an aggressive move from Keselowski in the No. 2 position — he tried to pass Logano on the inside, but caused the both to spin out — caused a massive fiery crash that cost both a win in the 2021 NASCAR season opener.
Instead, Michael McDowell took advantage of the situation and won his first ever Daytona 500 under caution (he was also first to cross the finish line). It was the only lap he led in the 200-lap race. Logano finished 12th, and Keselowski finished 13th.MORE: Full results, winner from NASCAR’s 2021 season-opening raceSaid Logano after the race:“Pandemonium, I guess. Chaos struck,” he said. “(Keselowski) kept trying to back up, trying to get a run. I was trying to back up to him to keep the runs from being too big and just, I guess he got to the back of (McDowell) and it ended up being a really big run coming at me and it seemed like we all just collided in one spot. It’s a real bummer that none of the Penske cars won, but at least a Ford won and I’m really happy for McDowell.”I hate that we didn’t win with our Shell/Pennzoil Mustang. I feel like we had a great shot being where we were and leading on the last lap, but if we couldn’t win I’m really happy to see McDowell win this thing. He’s a great guy, a great person, a good leader in life and has helped me a lot in my life, so it’s very cool to see him win the Daytona 500.”Keselowski was clearly frustrated following the crash, tossing his helmet and gloves at his No. 2 car. That said, he didn’t regret the move that cost his teammate a win and himself a top-two finish.“I don’t feel like I made a mistake, but I can’t drive everybody else’s car, so frustrating,” he said following the race. “The Discount Tire Ford was not the fastest, but (crew chief) Jeremy Bullins and the whole team did a great job of keeping us in position and right then we were in position. It’s exactly where I want to be running second on the last lap at Daytona with this package and had the run, made the move and it didn’t work out.”
MORE: Daytona 500 purse, payout breakdownThe two spoke out on Twitter following their post-race interviews, again with very different tones. Logano, who was aiming for his second Daytona 500 win, was “bummed.” Keselowski, who caused the crash in his bid to win the race for the first time — and become only the second active driver to win all four of NASCAR’s crown jewel events — said his “heart is broke.”
HeartbreakerMy body is fine but my heart is brokeMonths of studying, months of tremendous car prep from the #2crew & in the perfect position at the end…Yet, Another #DAYTONA500 slips away…What else can you say? What else can you do but be grateful for the opportunity?
— Brad Keselowski (@keselowski) February 15, 2021Both drivers will have another chance at a win in Daytona next week, albeit at the O’Reilly Auto Parts 253, a road race.

Games from Real Dealer Studios now at Videoslots

E: 115 - บัตรเครดิตสำหรับเกมเมอร์และผู้เล่นเกมกับ Travel Fanboy

The Casinomeister accredited online casino Videoslots which was back in 2019 awarded the Casinomeister Casino of the Decade have this morning announced the integration of  games from Real Dealer Studios onto their casino games lobby.
Real Dealer Studios who were established in 2019 and are based in Malta, will be providing their full suite of  casino games to Videoslots, with the content provided by Real Dealer Studios strengthening the range of casino games Videoslots are able to offer to their players.
Under the agreement, Real Dealer’s full suite of games will be made available to Videoslots players in markets such as Sweden and the UK. This includes its flagship Real Roulette series, its Real Baccarat series and its upcoming money-wheel series, Fortune Finder.
Designed as an alternative to live casino, Real Dealer Studio’s games are created from high-quality recorded video clips of dealers and gameplay, which are then integrated into the random number generator gameplay to deliver a smooth and seamless experience.
The pioneering approach uses professional actors, film directors and post-production crew to deliver Hollywood levels of production value and to guarantee a flawless performance from the first round of the game to the last. Each game takes place in a private, luxury setting to provide the player with a feeling of one-on-one interaction with the dealer, which is in stark contrast to the sometimes noisy and detached experience offered by traditional studio-based live dealer games.
Christoffer Melldén, Sales Manager at Real Dealer Studios, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Videoslots to the Real Dealer family and for their players to be able to enjoy the engaging and immersive experience our games offer.”
“Real Dealer allows operators to give their players a truly authentic experience with the convenience of online play. Our games work particularly well on mobile, as they do not suffer from any lag or interruptions. We believe they will be a big hit with Videoslots players.”
William Ahlberg, Head of Commercials at Videoslots, said: “We have built a reputation for offering players the widest range of quality online casino content and Real Dealer’s titles make for a great addition to our portfolio.”
“They offer a unique player experience that we believe will prove to be hugely popular among our players, especially because of the authentic and immersive casino environment they offer. This is a fantastic partnership, and we look forward to working closely with the Real Dealer team.”

Champions League sportsbetting preview

fruit shop megaways

It’s been months since the end of the Champions League group stages saw clubs such as Manchester United, Inter Milan and Ajax all missed out on the knockout phase. Clubs who made it through included some of the biggest sides in Europe such as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.Who will survive the Round of 16, however, with two-legged ties testing the very best to the end of their limits? Let’s take a look at the sportsbetting picks on off this midweek.Barcelona vs. Paris St. Germain (Tuesday, 8pm GMT kick-off)Three years ago, one of the best matches in Champions League history took place as Barcelona recovered from a 4-0 defeat in Paris to win the return leg 6-1. Just 3-1 up with two minutes plus injury time to play at Camp Nou, the Catalans’ second penalty, a stunning free-kick (both goals from Neymar) and a last-gasp 95th minute winner from Sergei Roberto gave them the most improbable of victories. This time around, there will be no Neymar, after the Brazilian joined his fellow South American Angel Di Maria on the treatment table and will miss the game in Barcelona, hoping instead to be fit for the second leg. This makes us believe that it may well be a case of Paris needing to come from behind in the Parc Des Princes Stadium in order to avenge the memories of La Remontada (‘The Comeback’) from three seasons ago, and we’d take Barcelona to get the victory in Camp Nou, but at a cost. Mauricio Pochettino sides almost always score when they need to and away from home can be a dangerous animal. Our tip: Barcelona to win and both teams to score (23/10)RB Leipzig vs. Liverpool (Tuesday, 8pm GMT kick-off)Liverpool head to Germany in woeful form, having lost their last three Premier League fixtures to Burnley, Brighton and Leicester City. Leipzig, by positive comparison, have emerged as possibly the closest challengers to Bayern Munich in Germany, overtaking Borussia Dortmund, albeit with the caveat that Dayot Upamecano will be departing for Munich in the summer.A defeat for Liverpool is expected but they may be more dangerous on the European stage than people give them credit for, and a score such as 2-2 or even 3-3 is not out of the realms of possibility. It’s hard to see them keeping Leipzig down to just one goal, however, as Manchester United found to their cost in losing 3-2 to depart the Champions League at the group stage just a few months ago.Liverpool may well lose but still overcome Leipzig at Anfield, with the German side losing 5-0 at Old Trafford earlier in the season in a display of defensive ineptitude that even Liverpool of late can be amused by.Our tip: RB Leipzig to score over 1.5 goals (5/4)FC Porto vs. Juventus (Wednesday, 8pm GMT kick-off)Cristiano Ronaldo bids to win his sixth Champions League winner’s medal as his Juve side head to the Estádio do Dragão to take on Porto in what was one of the softer draws for the knockout phase giants.Juventus should have no problem overcoming their Portuguese foes and the home country side’s favourite son could well be the danger man as Porto give away a lot of free-kicks in dangerous areas.Take Ronaldo to score and Juventus to grab a victory on the road. Our tip: Ronaldo to score and Juventus to win (7/4)Sevilla vs. Borussia Dortmund (Wednesday, 8pm GMT kick-off)The Germans head to Seville not having won on Spanish soil in their last 10 Champions League games, a run which included seven losses. The only win they have ever recorded in Spain was at Atletico Madrid in 1996… when they went on to win the European Cup.Sevilla have an equally impressive home record against any German opposition, with their only home defeat to a side from Germany coming in the quarter-finals of this competition in the 2017/18 season, the only time they ever made it past the Round of 16 stage. Sevilla are 11/8 to win on Wednesday night and 9/1 to win 1-0, both of which are great bets in our opinion. Our tip: Sevilla to win (11/8)Midweek Champions League Round of 16 Fixtures:Tuesday 16th FebruaryBarcelona vs. Paris Saint Germain (8pm GMT kick-off)RB Leipzig vs. Liverpool (8pm GMT kick-off)Wednesday 17th FebruaryFC Porto vs. Juventus (8pm GMT kick-off)Sevilla vs. Borussia Dortmund (8pm GMT kick-off)

Curacao based NetGame Entertainment who have been in operator for nearly decade now having been established back in 2012, have today announced the release of their latest online slot game Book of Nile: Magic Choice. Just two weeks after the release of the 243 ways to win Zen Zen Cash, Book of Nile: Magic Choice is a 5 reel by 3 row slot machine with 10 paylines in play.
Magic Choice takes players back to Ancient Egypt, in this Book of Ra clone, with Magic Choice being the latest in NetGame Entertainment’s Book of Nile slot series.
Book of Nile: Magic Choice is classed as a highly volatile or high variance slot game that carries a reported RTP of 96.1% The most valuable symbol of the game is the Secret Book, which is both Wild and Scatter. If three or more books are found on the reels then 10 Free Games will launch the bonus game – Magic Free Spins.
At the heart of the adventure is the chance for players to make a Magic Choice which will shape their destiny. Before the Magic Free Spins bonus game begins, players choose one of nine symbols which becomes a special Expanding Symbol.
If three or more Scatters land on the reels within the bonus game, players are rewarded with 10 more Free Spins and they can choose another symbol. £2 Million in Climate Funding Awarded by People’s Postcode Lottery to African Parks to Secure Ecosystems and Mitigate Climate Change

การปรับปรุงสล็อต 5 อันดับแรกสำหรับปี 2020

JOHANNESBURG, Feb. 12, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — People’s Postcode Lottery has made a £2 million commitment to conservation non-profit African Parks as part of its £24 million Climate Challenge Fund. The funds will help to conserve four major protected areas which are under the management of African Parks in partnership with Governments in Africa, contributing to climate change mitigation and building climate resilience in their landscapes. Nyungwe National Park in Rwanda is one of the beneficiary parks, following a partnership recently announced to ensure its long-term protection.
African Parks is responsible for the rehabilitation and long-term management of an area in excess of 14 million hectares across 19 national parks in 11 countries, and its work is supported by players of People’s Postcode Lottery. Nyungwe National Park provides 70 per cent of Rwanda’s fresh water, represents some of the largest and most intact high-altitude rainforest in Central Africa and is home to twenty-five percent of Africa’s primate species.
Besides Nyungwe, African Parks’ award will support three other parks under their management: Chinko in the Central African Republic; Odzala-Kokoua National Park in the Republic of Congo; and Liuwa Plain National Park in Zambia. The funding will contribute to restoring biodiversity, preventing deforestation and poaching, and supporting local enterprise and community initiatives to ensure sustainability for people and wildlife. This will help to mitigate climate change by protecting ecosystems that lock up carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. It will also help to ensure the ecosystem’s ability to deliver clean air, water, food and other natural resources.
“African Parks is extremely grateful to the players of People’s Postcode Lottery for the significant contribution to the conservation of these four crucial parks,” said African Parks’ CEO Peter Fearnhead. “Thanks to this instrumental support, we can work with our Government partners to sustainably manage these large natural landscapes which safeguard a myriad of wildlife species, protect the catchments of three of Africa’s largest rivers, and help to moderate climate change and improve climate resilience among communities that depend on these ecosystem services for their survival.”
Laura Chow, head of charities at People’s Postcode Lottery, said: “Since the launch of People’s Postcode Lottery 15 years ago, our players have been providing vital support to a wide range of environmental charities. This latest project, led by African Parks, will see funds raised by players being used to tackle the two great environmental challenges of our age – climate change and biodiversity loss. The climate and nature emergencies are inextricably linked and we must fight them together. By doing so, we can help safeguard the future of these globally-important ecosystems and, of course, the communities who depend on them.”
The funding award forms part of People’s Postcode Lottery’s Postcode Climate Challenge initiative. £24 million, raised by players of People’s Postcode Lottery, is shared across 12 charities to invest in projects focusing on reducing the impacts of the climate crisis.

Indiana regulated sports betting off to hot 2021 start

There’s no question that regulated sports betting has been a massive hit in the United States. Every month there’s at least one state that shatters its previous record handle and January 2020 was no exception. With a $384.2 million handle, Indiana broke its previous wagering record of $313.1 million that was set way back in December, 2020. And with the Hoosier State’s love of basketball, bigger numbers could yet be in its future.
January 2020 was a record month in Indiana, but nearly every month of regulated sports betting in the state has earned that accolade. This was actually the fifth consecutive record breaking handle for Indiana’s regulated operators and the good news is likely to keep coming.
There is certainly good news in the January numbers for Indiana state coffers. That $384.2 million translates into about $29.3 million in revenue for the state’s combined sportsbooks. Of that number, approximately $2.8 million will be scooped up by tax collectors.
So how fast has Hoosier sports betting been growing? By way of comparison, January 2020′s handle was a mere $171 million.
Like most newly opened US sports betting markets, Indiana’s bettors are mostly playing off of mobile apps. The biggest operators (from top to bottom) were DraftKings ($122.6 million); FanDuel ($89.2 million); BetMGM ($52.4 million); PointsBet ($13 million); BetRivers ($9 million).
Unlike most of the rest of the United States, Indiana bettors did not favor NFL wagers above all else. In the land depicted in the motion picture Hoosiers, basketball topped the board with $133 million in wagers. NFL football only brought in $77 million, according to a report on LegalSportsReport.com.
And with college hoops entering into its busiest months, Indiana operators are certain to break more records before the winter is done.
